Mr. Sichta formed The Sichta Firm after spending over eight years at a Jacksonville AV-rate law firm boutique of Tassone, Sichta, Dreicer, LLC, where he was made partner at age 27 and also supervised the appellate section of the law firm.
     Mr. Sichta has represented a multitude of clients, and has appealed and litigated cases to the First, Fifth, and Fourth District Court of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the Federal Middle District Court of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Sichta has also given various lectures on the death penalty in Florida and appeared on television regarding the Casey Anthony trial.

Ms. Sichta earned her juris doctorate at the University of Idaho College of Law. As a law student, Ms. Sichta competed with her school’s trial team, served as the vice-president of the Women’s Law Caucus, was a member of the Public Interest Law Group and the Environmental Law Society.
     Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Sichta moved to Jacksonville, Florida, passed the Florida bar, and began practicing criminal and appellate law. She has written appeals at the trial court, DCA, Florida Supreme Court, Florida Middle District, Eleventh Circuit and United States Supreme Court levels.
